HopeNow supports sessions via Google Meet (for video and voice calls) and WhatsApp (for chat-based sessions). Session links and details are automatically shared with clients when they book.
Do I need to set up my own payment processing?+
No. HopeNow handles all payment processing, including client payments, refunds, and practitioner payouts. You just need to add your bank account details for receiving payouts.
Can I offer both counselling and coaching services?+
Currently, each practitioner account is registered as either a counsellor or a coach. If you offer both, you can create services that span different approaches within your registered type.
What happens if a client doesn't show up?+
If a client doesn't attend a scheduled session, you can mark it as a no-show from your clients dashboard. The client receives a full refund for no-shows. Our cancellation policy handles other scenarios like late cancellations.
How can I grow my practice on HopeNow?+
