The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) is a tool used to measure the level of stress a person feels in their life. It asks ten questions about how you think and feel in different situations. The results can help you identify what's causing stress in your life and find ways to handle them better.
Instructions for the User
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can focus on the test.
- Read each question carefully and select the answer that best reflects your thoughts and feelings.
- Respond to each question honestly and to the best of your ability.
- There are no right or wrong answers, so answer according to your own perceptions.
- The test consists of ten questions and should take about 5 minutes to complete.
- After completing the test, you will receive a score that indicates your perceived level of stress. The higher the score, the greater the perceived stress level.
Remember that the PSS is not a diagnostic tool and cannot replace the advice of a counselor. If you are experiencing high levels of stress or other mental health concerns, consider seeking the advice of a mental health professional.
