ഞാൻ ഒരു മാനസിക ആരോഗ്യ വിദഗ്ധയും ലൈഫ് സ്‌കിൽ ട്രെയിനറുമാണ്. ഏകദേശം 2.5 വർഷമായി ഈ മേഖലയിൽ പ്രൊഫഷണലായി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഒരു മാനസികാരോഗ്യ വിദഗ്ധ എന്ന നിലയിലുള്ള എന്റെ യാത്രയിൽ, ട്രോമ, പോസ്റ്റ്‌പാർട്ടം ഡിപ്രഷൻ, പോസ്റ്റ്‌പാർട്ടം ബ്ലൂസ്, റിലേഷൻഷിപ്പ് പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയിൽ ധാരാളം ആളുകളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് . പഠിക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുന്ന കുട്ടികളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ഞാൻ പ്രത്യേക പരിശീലനം നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പഠന വൈകല്യമുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ പരിശീലനത്തിനായി പ്രത്യേക സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കോഴ്സ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാക്കള്‍ക്കുള്ള സപ്പോർട്ടും ഞാൻ നൽകാറുണ്ട്  . കുട്ടികൾ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യേക പഠന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ തിരിച്ചറിയുക അവരുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കനുസൃതമായ പ്ലാൻ വികസിപ്പിക്കുക അവരെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് എന്റെ ശൈലി. ഇംഗ്ലീഷും മലയാളവും വായിക്കാനും എഴുതാനും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ള നിരവധി കുട്ടികളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞതിൽ എനിക്കു നന്ദിയുണ്. മിക്ക കേസുകളിലും, കുട്ടികൾക്ക് മൂന്നക്ഷരമുള്ള ഒരു വാക്ക് പോലും വായിക്കാനോ എഴുതാനോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അക്ഷരങ്ങളും അവയുടെ ശബ്ദങ്ങളും മനസ്സിലാക്കാനോ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് വരാറുണ്ട്. സ്പെഷ്യലൈസ്ഡ് കൗൺസിലിങ്ങിലൂടെയും ട്യൂട്ടറിങ്ങിലൂടെയും അവരെ വായിക്കാനും എഴുതാനും പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. I am a Consultant Psychologist and life-skill trainer who will listen to you without judgment and keep confidentiality. I will give you unconditional positive respect and try my best to help you. I have been working as a mental health professional for around 2.5 years. In my journey as a mental health expert, I have been able to help a lot of people who are dealing with trauma, postpartum depression and postpartum blues, and relationship issues. Helping children with learning difficulties I am a certified learning disability remedial management trainer.I have strong experience in giving remedial training to students (LKG to High School) with learning difficulties while providing support to their parents. I use a variety of assessment tools and techniques to identify the specific learning difficulties faced by children and develop plans that are tailored to their needs. I am grateful that I could help many children who had difficulties in reading and writing English and Malayalam. In most cases, they start without being able to read and write even a three-letter word or with difficulties understanding letters and their sounds. Through specialized counselling and tutoring, I have been able to help them read and write long paragraphs.
